Accepted Answer

Flux International (fluxinternational.org) is a US-based global financial technology platform and mediation company. The LLC (FLUX INTERNATIONAL LLC, Registered Entity) was registered at Brooklyn, NY, United States. It is NOT a bank — it is an intermediary that connects clients with regulated US banking institutions and their international affiliates for corporate virtual account opening, loan facilitation, insurance claims mediation, and multi-currency conversion.

Question 2

Is Flux International a bank?

Accepted Answer

No. Flux International is not a bank. It is a global financial technology platform and intermediary firm. It does not accept customer deposits, does not hold client funds, and does not issue loans directly. US financial law does not require a banking charter for companies that facilitate or mediate banking services on behalf of clients with licensed partner banks. Client funds are held at regulated partner banks, not by Flux International.

Question 3

Is Flux International legitimate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Flux International (FLUX INTERNATIONAL LLC) is a legitimate global financial technology platform and mediation company registered as an LLC in New York (registered address Brooklyn, NY, United States). It complies with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and OFAC sanctions screening obligations. It does not make unsolicited offers, does not promise guaranteed returns, and does not ask clients to send cryptocurrency or upfront fees. See https://fluxinternational.org/legal/regulatory for full regulatory disclosures.

Question 4

Is Flux International regulated?

Question 5

Does Flux International hold customer funds?

Accepted Answer

Flux International acts only as a facilitator and mediator, charging a flat fee for successful introductions and facilitations.

Question 6

How does Flux International make money?

Accepted Answer

This is a standard global financial technology platform fee model, similar to how mortgage intermediaries or insurance intermediaries charge for introductions.

What services does Flux International offer?

Accepted Answer

Flux International offers four core global financial technology platform services: (1) Corporate USD account opening via partner banks, (2) Business loan and credit line facilitation through partner banking institutions, (3) Insurance claim and loss claim mediation, and (4) multi-currency conversion at transparent flat rates.
